This will allow you to see your shipping costs BEFORE checking out and processing to payment.
In some rare cases, the postal service company might return the package back to us. If it unfortunately happened to you, it might be for one of the following reason: − The address you provided us was incorrect. − The address you provided us was no longer valid. − The postal service company couldn't leave the package at your address, and left you a notice to re-arrange delivery. If you don't contact the postal service company within the delay they left you on the notice (it varies between 7 to 30 days, depending on the country), they'll simply return the package back to the sender, Arwey's warehouse in this case.
As a responsible entity, we take care of paying our export duties/taxes in Turkey. Therefore, since customs and tax policies vary widely from country to country, You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. For orders shipped outside of Turkey, you should consult the customs legislation of your country. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs, if any. Those additional charges, in case required by your country, must be borne by you.
